IC1318 - Gamma Cygni Nebula in Cygnus

The image above shows a portion of the region near Gamma Cygni in the constellation of Cygnus the Swan.  Common names for the area include the Butterfly Nebula (only the right half of the butterfly is seen), and the Gamma Cygni Nebula.   Technical names include IC1318 and Sharpless 2-108.  In addition to the main nebula complex, a small reflection nebula (blue patch middle left) and planetary nebula PLN 78+0.1 (red dot under star upper left) are also seen in the image.  Gamma Cygni is just outside of the frame to the lower left.
