The above sequence shows the movement of the moon over the sun during this eclipse. Bryce Canyon NP was within the path of annularity, slightly north of the center line. From my vantage point at Bryce Point, the sun disappeared behind some trees at 8:22 pm.

The event timings for this eclipse at Bryce Canyon were: Partial Eclipse Begins - 6:22 PM, Start of Annularity - 7:31 PM, Maximum Eclipse 7:33 PM, End of Annularity - 7:35 PM, and Partial Eclipse Ends - 8:36 PM. (All times are in MDT.)
